Search
Philosophy
As experienced
recruiters, we believe in the 60-40 rule. Career and financial
considerations count for about 60 percent of the content of a
candidate's decision to accept a new position. Family and personal
issues count for 40 percent of the decision content. Executives
in America today are attuned to seeking an overall lifestyle that
fits with their family's goals and values. We investigate and
address these issues early in our search. We have found that our
attention to these matters enhances our ability to get candidates
to accept the positions we represent. We often assist the trailing
spouse in finding employment.
